Many of them are NOT okay as well. the point being..... that just because someone claims they are okay and have no negative effects from having their genitals cut at birth....DOES NOT make it okay! the important thing to remember is that babies are not born with a defect by having a normal foreskin....IT'S NORMAL! So why do people continue to justify cutting a normal functional part of their child's anatomy off at birth???? I don't get it.Marehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02459075868394984956noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799685441547308974.post-55170946297151801262012-07-25T10:11:43.806-07:002012-07-25T10:11:43.806-07:00I was circumcised, as a baby. As a result, I experience less pleasure in bed, (it takes me far far longer than my partners to "finish") due to a botched job, and a skin bridge on the left side, as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone get the procedure, gender aside, unless there is a solid medical reason.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799685441547308974.post-77251676694952788032012-07-24T16:43:26.285-07:002012-07-24T16:43:26.285-07:00Beautiful, to the point of bringing up mist in the...Beautiful, to the point of bringing up mist in the eyes.aschram13https://www.blogger.com/profile/09985811014918342889noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799685441547308974.post-54054309677994022002012-07-23T16:25:23.412-07:002012-07-23T16:25:23.412-07:00I am an Aussie Man that is intact. The first time ...I am an Aussie Man that is intact. The first time I heard of circ was in the Bible. The reason there was to separate Jews from other men. I never was and never been a Jew so being intact was not an issue for me in terms of religion (plus God cared more about our hearts). I don't ever remember comparing my penis to other's.
There are more important things to worry about than how someone looks. We are missing the person's character.
Let me say this. If you care more about looks of some one's genitals then you deserve to have someone who has a messed up character. Enjoy the person for.who.they are, not what they look like.Matthewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00871151802688201612noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799685441547308974.post-18544604189971599482012-07-23T16:09:12.992-07:002012-07-23T16:09:12.992-07:00The first I read about circ was in the Bible, that...The first I read about circ was in the Bible, that was only to distinguish themselves from others to be of God as Jews. I am and never have been a Jew so I never cared that I am intact. Plus God care more that we are right in character then to have a piece of us cut off. I hardly participated in sports to compare in locker rooms, not did I care to look.
If we only focus on the genital (looks) then we miss the most important part of a person, their character.
Let me put it this way. If you care more of how some one looks then you deserve a partner that has an ugly character.Matthewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00871151802688201612noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799685441547308974.post-46482003578482584582012-07-23T14:32:14.877-07:002012-07-23T14:32:14.877-07:00@Anonymous: "But I'd be willing to bet th...@Anonymous: "But I'd be willing to bet that the average young male begs their parents to get him cut ASAP so as not to feel embarrassed and different anymore."

My intact son is 19. He absolutely has never begged me to get him cut ASAP! In fact, when he found out what circ was, and that it's performed on babies, he looked more horrified than I've ever seen him, and said, "WHY?? Why would they do that? It's the best part". This was a few years ago, and he still cringes every time the subject comes up. I would collapse on the floor at the end of the hall when I tried to go out to the living room to spend time with my grandparents and sister. At my nine week OB appointment I nearly lost consciousness after I was weighed. My OB sent me to the hospital. I had lost twenty-six pounds and my potassium level was less than half a normal level. My grandma cried driving me to the hospital because she was so sure I was going to die. That day was my 19th birthday. Everyone was apologizing that I had to be hospitalized on my birthday but it was the best present I could have gotten. I felt better with the fluids! I wasn't weak or achey and the next day I could actually eat. I stayed for a week and the anti-nausea meds that I was given worked most of the time, which I am so grateful for. I was hospitalized a second time 10 weeks later, because like I said the pills didn't always work. I was 35 weeks pregnant before I had reached my pre-pregnancy weight and somehow I miraculously gained 20 pounds in that last month. I delivered my healthy 8 pound son one day before his EDD. I love my little boy and I want more babies but I am terrified that this will happen again, and that I won't make it a second time. ):Bethhttp://mediatormouse.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799685441547308974.post-73872722181827276332012-02-03T10:02:16.995-08:002012-02-03T10:02:16.995-08:00I love this. She developed mastitis and an abscess so large that it looks like a bullet wound. But she is bound and determined to continue breastfeeding. She is in constant pain, but determined to continue. She is working closely with a IBCLC who is even stumped by some of her issues, but she is determined to continue. If she can do it after everything that she has been through, I feel that almost everyone should be able to do it!! She is truly amazing.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799685441547308974.post-6063266602608136972012-02-02T18:42:57.446-08:002012-02-02T18:42:57.446-08:00Thank you so much for posting this. People can be so cruel always giving us a hard time when we tell them he is not circumsized. We believe that god made us in all his glory the way he wanted us to be seen. We also don't believe in braces. There is no purpose other than vanity. It is selfish of a parent to want their child to conform what society thinks they should look like.

Please parents don't peirce your infants ear, mutilate their genitals, or try "fix" a smile that is already beautiful. God bless.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799685441547308974.post-80098355471656107762011-03-27T07:16:16.797-07:002011-03-27T07:16:16.797-07:00I LOVE this!!I LOVE this!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799685441547308974.post-47597284198362645682011-03-24T21:58:39.648-07:002011-03-24T21:58:39.648-07:00Hi,

To me its letting the most precious and important person in my life sit and cry and wonder why mommy wont comfort me. I think its borderline abuse.I feel like the child is tramatized when the only people in her life that she trusts leave her to scream till she passes out is just wrong. People have said to me "just put her down" and I cant do it and I always get "Oh your just a new mom" No I could never do that to my first second or third. As parents we are here to comfort and protect our children not cause stress.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
